SambaBox is integrated and able to work smoothly with the Single Sign-On, 802.1.X and Firewall solutions.

Single Sign-On

SSO (Single Sign-on) is a technology that allows network users to provide a single set of credentials for all network services.

SambaBox supports such applications as radius for SSO.

802.1.x is a port-based network access control that allows authentication and authorization of devices attached to a LAN port with point-to-point connections. The 802.1x protocol is used for secure authentication on both wired and wireless networks.

Thanks to CHAP authentication SambaBox supports use of 802.1x.

In environments with SambaBox in use, you can easily authenticate end users accessing the internet, web-based applications or services with your firewall devices such as Palo Alto.
